What is Lifestyle Coaching?

Lifestyle coaching is about developing a healthy lifestyle that truly fits your life: physically, mentally and emotionally. It is not about temporary motivation, strict schedules or quick fixes.

Many people know what is healthy, but find it difficult to maintain healthy choices over time. Stress, fatigue and old habits often make sustainable change challenging.

Our coaching helps you gain insight into your habits, behavior, energy, recovery, stress, nutrition and movement. Not from guilt or perfectionism, but through awareness, personal ownership and sustainable change.

We believe that independence is the key to lasting results in health and wellbeing. Lifestyle coaching is about learning how to live healthily and develop new healthy habits through your own strength and abilities.

Lifestyle coaching is suitable for anyone who wants to live healthier, but finds it difficult to maintain healthy habits in daily life.

Our coaching

Our core value is high quality coaching. Our coaches are highly educated international certified professionals in the field of health and fitness, lifestyle, nutrition, behavioral science, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction and coaching. Our team has over thirty years of experience.  

Lifestyle coaching can take place in person or online.

We are accredited by the Dutch Quality Registration and Accreditation of Health Professionals, The Dutch Association of Lifestyle Coaches and The Dutch Association of weight consultants.

We are accredited by the Dutch professional association for health and fitness as NL Actief Prevention Center with specialised coaching for seniors and for clients with a chronic condition such as diabetes, obesity and rheumatism.

Since we are officially registered and accredited there are several options for tax deduction or reimbursement by your health insurance.

Our approach

CrossFit Eudokia has an evidence-based approach to Lifestyle coaching. We do not follow trends or hype. We coach you to live a healthy life through your own strength and to increase your self-reliance and independence.

What a healthy lifestyle looks like is different for everyone. There is no standard approach that works the same for everybody. The CrossFit Eudokia method is a professional and personal approach in which all aspects of your lifestyle are addressed. The method consists of six steps:

No Sweat Intro

We start with a free personal conversation. Together, we discuss your goals, wishes and expectations, and explore whether we are the right coach for you. A good match is essential for your development process.

Extensive personal intake

Coaching starts with an extensive personal intake to gain a clear understanding of your lifestyle, goals, wishes, strengths and possibilities. We go through a questionnaire together and perform several body measurements.

Diary

In most cases we ask you to keep a diary for a few days, depending on your goals.

Treatment consult

A detailed analysis of the data from the intake and the diary is the basis for your tailor-made treatment coaching program. During the treatment consult, we present the analysis of your data and what next steps to take to reach your goals.

Follow- up consults

The intake, the treatment consult and the first follow- uo consults are three fixed components. From there on, you are in charge of the number of follow-up consults. During the follow-up consults we measure your progression and coach you to reach your goals with lasting results.

Aftercare

Once you have reached your goals, CrossFit Eudokia is still here for you. In an after care process we evaluate your healthy lifestyle one-time or periodically. We coach you to sustain or further improve your new healthy habits for life, with Lifestyle Coaching, MBSR, Personal Training and CrossFit.
