Losing weight. Ever since I was a teenager, I’ve been messing around with food and diets. I lost weight and gained it back again. Emotional eating, being dissatisfied with the way I look. I have been there and done that.
After the birth of my youngest I decided it was time for a change and I came in contact with Meyken. At first because I wanted to give myself a present: a healthy and energetic body. That was easier said than done. Especially if you have been in diet mode for so long and are finally ready to get to the root of the problem.
Meyken coaches me to develop a new lifestyle and to feel more at peace with food and with my body. Not only does she listen. She also holds up a mirror and stimulates me to engage in a confrontation with myself.
