Too tired to exercise?

Too tired to exercise? Drink water!

Fatigue can lead to disturbed feelings of hunger and satiation and can lead to an increased craving for sugar. In addition, the body sometimes has difficulty distinguishing between hunger and thirst. You might think you need extra energy in the form of sugary food, when actually you need rest, hydration or both.

Quick tip: If you feel too tired to exercise, go outside for fresh air. Take a few minutes to check yourself, to become aware of your energy level, andto notice if you are actually tired or if something else is going on. And first drink a glass of water before thinking about (sugary) food).
