Grab your calender and mark today exactly 12 months from now.

Step 2:

Close your eyes and imagine your life on that day. Do you have a healthy  weight? Are you exercising more? Do you feel healthy, fit, stressfree and happy? Have you reached your goal?

Step 3:

Answer this question: Has your life become better or worse in twelve months?

It can be conscious choice to either take matters into your own hands and change your life, or to keep thing the way they are.

Not choosing is also a choice.

Nothing is impossible, except time. You cannot turn back time. Prevent being too late.
