Do you treat yourself like you treat your friend? Self compassion is part of the road to happiness.

Happiness is not something that suddenly happens to you. You need to create it step by step on a daily basis.

Key is taking care of yourself and showing self compassion.

Self compassion means treating yourself like you would treat a good friend.

Imagine: What do you tell a good friend when they feel sad, scared, insecure or angry?

Do you speak those same words to yourself when you have these feelings and emotions? Or are you tougher on yourself? What would happen if you would treat yourself the same way as you treat your friend?

Give it a try! Take care of yourself, your body and your mind.
