Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is a scientifically proven programme that teaches you to deal more mindfully with stress, thoughts and emotions.You develop mindfulness, calmness and resilience through meditation, breathing exercises and gentle movement.

Our approach

Our approach is down-to-earth, personalised and science-based. We translate mindfulness into practical application in every day life.  

We work according to the principles of Positive Health. The focus is on resilience, personal agency and what really matters to you.  

We integrate mindfulness techniques in CrossFit, Personal Training and Lifestyle Coaching. This creates a cohesive approach in which insight, experience and practical application reinforce one another and contribute to lasting change and well-being.  

Our MBSR course

Our  MBSR course consists of eight 2 hours sessions and can be taken individually or in a group, at our centre or online. Participation requires commitment: you practise at home and actively take part in all sessions.

During the course, you work with your own experience. It is not about what exactly you are going through, but about how you deal with thoughts, feelings and physical signals. You are welcome to share, but you don’t have to. You decide for yourself what you do or don’t discuss.

An individual programme offers a more personalised approach. We then tailor the programme closely to your situation, questions and process, and focus specifically on what is relevant to you at that moment.

Session 1 Autopilot

You will learn to recognise automatic patterns and reactions that often unconsciously guide your behaviour. This insight is the first step towards making more conscious choices about how you respond.

Session 2 Dealing with obstacles

You will develop skills to approach obstacles and discomfort rather than avoid them. This creates more space to deal with them flexibly and effectively.

Session 3 Awareness of the breath

Breathing is used as an anchor for attention and regulation. You will learn how breathing helps to restore calm and focus.

Session 4 Staying present

Vitality management means strengthening work capability, employability and vitality with good health, strong skills and a positive mindset. At CrossFit Eudokia we focus on opportunities and possibilities, health and growth.

Session 5 Acceptance and letting be

You learn to accept experiences without immediately judging or trying to change them. This promotes relaxation and reduces internal resistance.

Session 6 Thoughts are not facts

You develop an understanding of how thoughts work and that they do not always reflect reality. This helps you to be less automatically driven by your thoughts.
